Purchases outside Australia

This online event is only available to people located within Australia only. Unfortunately, purchases made outside of Australia will not be processed by our provider.

We will set up a separate global event and if you are outside of Australia, we hope you can join us then.

Refunds

We do not offer a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

However, you can choose a refund if our event is cancelled or significantly changed.

Please note: if you are no longer able to attend our events at the scheduled event time, you will still have access to the "on demand" recordings of our documentary and webinars until 11.59pm on Saturday, 16 May 2026.

Tote bag

You can also choose a refund or exchange if you ordered a tote bag and the tote bag you received is damaged or faulty. Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value as a result of the damage or fault.

Tax-deductable donations

Purchases for this event are not tax-deductible donations. This applies to all purchases, including tickets sold through charity partner affiliate links. This is because amounts raised for our charity partners will be donated by Avenoir Productions to the relevant charity partner directly.
